Please note the deadline for entries and payment for the 2026 cups will be 15th May 2026. Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis for one club per category. We will consider multiple entries per club for each category if places are available.

Please complete the form multiple times if you are entering more than one team, and make the payment directly to the TVWFL bank account.
